Fans comments about Shenman Entertainment’s employee recruitment

Interestingly, many of the Chinese fans on Weibo who are commenting about Shenman Entertainment’s recruitment efforts are specifically pointing out hiring better screenwriters must be a priority for the studio.

That is due to the writing on the first series they created, Throne of Seal (aka Shen Yin Wangzuo) being particularly poor.

And, yes, on that I can concur as, while the writing is much much better on IPs like The Demon Hunter (1 and 2) and Slay the Gods, it is sadly lacking in much of Throne of Seal.

Shenman Entertainment history

If you know anything about donghua (Chinese anime), you will already be familiar with the work of Shenman Entertainment as, while they are one of the newest animation studios in China, the donghua they create is already some of the best, most well-produced, and most interesting.

Those donghua include the ongoing and massively popular The Demon Hunter, along with Throne of Seal, Epoch of Dragon and Slay the Gods.

And, yes, their 3D animation is absolutely superb.

If you are interested in working for a Chinese animation studio then, Shenman Entertainment should definitely be one you consider.
