Love, Take Two Ep 11 sees ratings increase as Kdrama heads into finale tonight

I’m thrilled to see the superb tvN drama Love, Take Two, Episode 11 experienced another ratings increase on Monday night as it heads into its series finale later on tonight.

According to Nielsen Korea, Love, Take Two, Episode 11 earned 3.92 percent of the nationwide audience share last night, which is the K-drama’s third highest rating of its run and nicely up from Episode 10’s 3.74 percent of the viewership.

In Seoul, the tvN drama performed even better grabbing its highest ever rating in that region with 4.37 percent of the viewership.

Both ratings set Love, Take Two up for what will likely be the highest ratings of its 12-episode run when the Korean drama’s final episode airs this evening.

International ratings also rise

Ratings from international viewers for Love, Take Two have also been on the rise recently after the Korean drama started off being attacked by the usual trolls, who intimated the relationship between the non-blood related adult children of the main couple was “incest”. (Nope, can’t fix stupid).

That’s why for almost all of its run, including its excellent first episode once that rating dropped, it was being rated on sites like My Drama List (MDL) at a ridiculously low 7.8 out of 10.

Nowadays, however, while still not at the 8.5 or more rating it actually deserves, the Korean drama has now made it to 8.0 out of 10 on MDL.

That’s because users actually watching the Korean drama are now rating it, while the trolls have moved off to attempt to destroy another drama’s reputation. (Man, I detest these ignorant people).

Meanwhile, comments on MDL are still hugely positive and are currently ranging from:

What a wonderful drama, I’m speechless. I’m just overwhelmed, I have no words, it literally broke me. Just beautiful, so poignant, so touching, I burst into tears…

to

this drama is like a magic that attached me with it so tightly. Always waiting for the next episode. Not many dramas have made me feel so deeply.

Sadly, similar trolls using IMDB are still downrating the Korean drama, with a cumulative 7.9 out of 10 showing on the site at the moment.

Meanwhile, over on Viki – a site that has been rumored to manipulate its ratings in a more positive direction than deserved, the drama is currently being rated a too-high 9.5 out of 10.

In other words, like I always say, watch a drama yourself before believing ratings on most sites as almost all of them are artificially biased.

Love, Take Two stars Yum Jung Ah, Park Hae Joon, Choi Yoon Ji, and Kim Min Kyu.

Its final episode airs on tvN tonight, and will also stream internationally on Viki.

If you haven’t yet begun watching the drama, I will add my voice here to tell you it is one of the most well-written and most touching adult romance dramas out of South Korea this year.

So… get to it.
