The Journey of Legend hits 26000 on Tencent’s heat index on its first day – nope, not surprised, are you?
To no surprise to anyone, the new wuxia drama The Journey of Legend, which only dropped its first episodes earlier today, has already exceeded 26000 on Tencent’s heat index.
It response, it released yet another cool visual this morning to celebrate the new fantasy C-drama hitting that milestone.
And yep, like I said yesterday, Cheng Yi’s new drama The Journey of Legend is obviously going to be an enormous hit after it grabbed over 10 million reservations before it even premiere, and I’m all-in for it, aren’t you?
The announcement of The Journey of Legend passing 26000 on Tencent Video on the Chinese drama’s first day was made via Tencent Weibo’s account a few hours ago.

The Chinese wuxia fantasy drama itself has dropped its first six episodes for WeTV’s streaming platform’s VIP subscribers, with two more being released tomorrow.
The C-drama stars Cheng Yi (Mysterious Lotus Casebook), with Gulnezer Bextiyar (Got a Crush on You), and Xu Zhen Xuan (Fangs of Fortune) starring alongside him.
It has dropped a massive number of promotional pieces this week, including enormous billboards in Shanghai and Bangkok, and some extremely cool and beautiful ink wash posters.
And yes, the first episode of The Journey of Legendm which is the only one I have watched so far, is well worth all these accolades.
