Jackie Li and Ren Hao’s ‘Fen Fang Xi Shi’ exceeds 1 million reservations – C-drama drops this month

With Jackie Li and Ren Hao’s Fen Fang Xi Shi scheduled to premiere on September 22nd, it probably shouldn’t be any surprise that the C-drama has already exceeded 1 million reservations.

Especially if you are one of the millions of people who loved Hilarious Family, as Fen Fang Xi Shi is a spin-off from the very popular 2023 comedy series, and stars some of the same actors.

That milestone was celebrated by Tencent Video earlier today with a new poster, and a comment about the sweet atmosphere of the upcoming comedy romance series, and its cast:

There is still no word as to if Fen Fang Xi Shi will be given an English-language title before premiere. (Chinese AI Deep Seek translates it as Fragrant Joy, which is quite nice, right?)
