The C-drama stars Zhou Yi Ran and Bao Shang En, with its latest reservation information being announced by Tencent Video late yesterday, along with a poster featuring the two main leads in a scene from the drama.

Tencent commented about the scene in the poster:

Staying together and looking at each other, the two hearts quietly approached, and have been tied to each other since then.

A Decade of Nighscape Lights ended its filming in mid-January of this year so, with the C-drama now being in post-production, we still have no idea when it will premiere.

Guesstimates have been anything from late 2025 to some time in 2026 but, with nothing announced, that’s all just speculation.

Along with Zhou Yi Ran and Bao Shang En as the main leads, the Chinese drama also has a cast that includes Yu Jia Cheng, Fan Jing Yi, Bian Tian Yang, Yan Yu Chen, Paul Che and Li Yuan.

Wan Peng and Li Yun Rui are also listed as guest stars.

According to Baidu Baike, the plot of A Decade of Nightscape Lights goes like this:

The resolute and cunning double-faced young master Mu Qing Yan (played by Zhou Yi Ran) and the laid-back, clear-minded Buddhist-style female knight Cai Zhao (played by Bao Shang En) engage in an intense push-and-pull dynamic, creating a bittersweet romance.

In the unpredictable and treacherous world of martial arts, the two join forces to tear off the “masks” of the martial arts community).

Throughout their journey, love and hatred clash, twists and turns never cease, and intellectual battles unfold continuously, painting a vivid and down-to-earth portrait of chivalrous heroes.

Nope, it doesn’t tell you a whole lot, but that’s what we’ve got so far.

Enjoy the poster, and we’ll be back here at Leo Sigh as soon as more definitive information about the drama’s release hits.
