A Gatherer’s Adventure in Isekai creditless opening video proves anime is a comfy, upbeat watch
With just two episodes of the isekai anime series out so far, for me A Gatherer’s Adventure in Isekai is already turning out to be one of this season’s comfiest watches.
Come on, we’ve got Takeru, a guy isekai-ed into a new world who has already figured out he’s a whizz at gathering herbs and other things to sell, a baby black dragon called Bee who has to be the cutest anime companion this year, a cute glutton of an elf who we know will soon be back and, from the recently released visual (below), a couple of other intriguing characters soon on the way.
From the just released A Gatherer’s Adventure in Isekai creditless video, it is also obvious the atmosphere of the anime is fun, upbeat and utterly utterly cute.
Throw in the anime’s addictive opening theme song — ‘Prologue‘ performed by music unit Nornis — that plays during the A Gatherer’s Adventure in Isekai creditless video and, yep, this one is comfy, comfy, comfy.
A Gatherer’s Adventure in Isekai‘s plot
A Gatherer’s Adventure in Isekai premiered on October 7th, and is being animated by studios Tatsunoko Production and SynergySP. It will run for 12 episodes.
The anime’s plot goes like this:
Takeru Kamishiro, an ordinary office worker, is declared dead by God and reincarnated in “Madeus,” a world of swords and magic. To start his new life, he is given incredible magical powers to enhance his physical abilities, as well as the ability to “search” for valuable objects.
Together with his cute partner, Bee, Takeru’s epic journey through another world, making full use of his cheat-like abilities, begins!
A Gatherer’s Adventure in Isekai is currently streaming internationally on Crunchyroll, with subtitles in more than 10 languages, including English.
