After seeing its best performance on a Friday night for its fifth episode this week, the ongoing Korean drama Buried Hearts aired its sixth episode last night to its highest ratings ever.
According to Nielsen Korea, Buried Hearts, Episode 6 grabbed a new all-time high rating nationally, earning 11.2 percent of the viewership on Saturday night.
Viewers in Seoul also tuned in to Buried Hearts, Episode 6 in high numbers, earning the Korean drama 11.0 percent of the Seoul audience — which was also another new all-time high in that region as well.
Those superb numbers meant the SBS drama was the second most watched show of the entire day, behind the hit weekend drama For Eagle Brothers, which is always in the top spot.
Internationally, the Korean drama is also maintaining solid ratings, with My Drama List users still awarding it a solid 8.3 out of 10 after its sixth episode, and IMDB users rating it an 8.0 out of 10.
The next episode of the Park Hyung Sik, Huh Joon Ho-led drama hits SBS in South Korea, and Disney+ internationally, on Saturday, March 15th.
Let’s see if it will earn even higher ratings then.
