Cute ‘The Stunned Hero and the Assassin Princesses’ visual out as anime gets premiere date

New fantasy comedy anime The Stunned Hero and the Assassin Princesses has just released an adorable visual via its X account, along with the anime’s premiere date — July 12th on TOKYO MX in Japan.

The new key visual has all three princesses following along behind hero Toto, who has his back to them, as they put their fingers to the lips to warn anyone watching you shouldn’t let him know they are planning on killing him.

When they get a chance.

The Princesses are, from middle bottom Ciel with the lilac hair, Anemone wearing blue, and Goa in orange.

All three have also already had character visuals released — Ciel, Anemone and Goa.

The plot of The Stunned Hero and the Assassin Princesses

The anime itself is based on the manga written by Norishiro-chan and illustrated by Yukiji Setsuda.

As for the plot, it’s a fun one:

The story follows Toto, an E-rank adventurer who is physically strong, but who suffers from crippling shyness.

While on his adventures, three female assassins—Anemone, Ciel, and Gore—form a party with Toto.

Unbeknownst to him, each are plotting to kill him on different days, which, of course, leads to a comedic and action-packed narrative.

Look out for The Stunned Hero and the Assassin Princesses first episode on July 12th, with new episodes dropping every Saturday after that.
