The official cover art for the upcoming release of the danmei novel Peerless, Volume 3, written by Meng Xi Shi has now been released by American publisher Seven Seas Entertainment and, as you probably expect with danmei novels from this company, it’s beautiful.
The cover, which was created by artist Mimo, features Feng Xiao holding Cui Buqu in his arms and looking at him tenderly as if he is protecting him, as pink lotus lamps hang all around them.
Peerless takes place in the same universe as the smash-hit series Thousand Autumns and, of course, is written by the same author.
The third volume in the Peerless series follows on from Volume 2, which was only just released on November 5th so, yes, Seven Seas is doing a pretty good job at getting volumes out relatively quickly.
The plot for the upcoming Volume 3 also sounds even more exciting than the first two books in the series.

It is the third in a five-volume series, with the fourth volume currently scheduled to be published on June 24th next year.
And, if you can’t wait that long, I recommend you get started reading Thousand Autumns.
That five-book danmei series is now complete and features two of the coolest protagonists and, of course, eventual lovers — Yan Wushi and Shen Qiao.
If I had to choose out of all of my danmei series, and boy that’s difficult, Thousand Autumns would be in my Top 3.
