Menke, an office worker and corporate drone, spent the first half of her life so bored that she began to question the meaning of existence. However, the second half of her life is now threatened by a situation where boredom could literally kill her.

As an Earth woman who faces the risk of death every day yet still has to go to work, and an enthusiastic but somewhat inept alien man determined to save her, how will they conquer boredom and keep living with a smile?
