English dub of A Mortal’s Journey’s Han Li character PV has protagonist showing his cautious streak

With the English dub of the hit donghua series A Mortal’s Journey to Immortality heading our way on Saturday, YOY ANIMATION, the company releasing the dub has also just uploaded a Han Li character PV (watch below) to their YouTube channel.

As you might expect, if you have watched the original Chinese-language series, the Han Li character PV has the donghua’s protagonist warning about the cultivation world…

It’s just like the mortal world, full of betrayal and deception.

He then goes on to remind himself he needs to be careful, and not to give his trust too easily. After all, as he learns very early in the series, that is often not a wise thing to do.

Yes, we A Record of a Mortal’s Journey to Immortality fans already know how cautious Han Li becomes due to various things that happen to him.

But, for those who are new to the cultivation series, don’t worry, Han Li may have a cautious streak, but that doesn’t stop him completely annihilating his enemies or those that would cause harm to others if needs be.

Two new posters have also been released to promote the upcoming A Mortal’s Journey English dub — the first is for Zhang Tie, Han Li’s best friend and a fellow cultivator — with the second poster featuring Dong Xuan Er, another cultivator and someone who becomes important to Han Li.

The A Mortal’s Journey English dub details

The English dub of the already well-loved fantasy, martial arts-themed donghua is set to premiere on November 30th exclusively on YOY ANIMATION’s YouTube channel.

The first three episodes will hit on that day, followed by two new episode releases every week after that.

RELATED: A Mortal’s Journey earns 2.9 billion views — amazing, eh?

The only problem I foresee with the uploading to YouTube is that the 1080p offered by YouTube is not 1080p quality, as it’s often slightly out-of-focus and can be annoying to watch.

Especially if you are used to watching donghua on WeTV, Bilibili, YOUKU or iQIYI in true 1080p.

That’s why I am hoping we will eventually get a better streaming option for this series than YouTube, as this superb donghua deserves to be watched in the highest quality possible.

In the meantime, subscribe to YOY ANIMATION’s YouTube channel, and cross your fingers we will eventually get access to A Mortal’s Journey on a better platform.
