The upcoming second season of the Jujutsu Kaisen anime just got a new “Kaidama / Tamaori” key visual and, if you are waiting for a high-energy show when it finally premieres, the visual definitely promises that.
The new Jujutsu Kaisen Season 2 key visual also hints at another season of superb animation, amazingly choreographed action scenes seen from cool camera angles, and a gorgeous art style.
Yep, the first season of the supernatural action anime was one of my faves for just those reasons and, with the latest stunning key visual suggesting more of the same, I couldn’t be more ecstatic.
Just don’t be suckered into thinking the new season will be all hilarity and games, as the fun-filled key visual seems to suggest. After all, anyone who has read the manga series knows that couldn’t be further from the truth.
The latest Jujutsu Kaisen Season 2 key visual features younger Satoru Gojo and Suguru Geto still dressed in their Tokyo Jujutsu High uniforms, and looking like they are having a blast doing something they shouldn’t be doing, while soon-to-be-familiar-with new characters seem to be in a panic behind them.

The Jujutsu Kaisen anime series is based on the hit manga by Gege Akutami, and is published in English by Viz Media.
They describe the story like this:
Although Yuji Itadori looks like your average teenager, his immense physical strength is something to behold! Every sports club wants him to join, but Itadori would rather hang out with the school outcasts in the Occult Research Club.
One day, the club manages to get their hands on a sealed cursed object. Little do they know the terror they’ll unleash when they break the seal…
Jujutsu Kaisen Season 2 is due out in July, with Crunchyroll likely to be streaming the anime outside Japan, considering they already have the license for the first season and the follow-up prequel film Jujutsu Kaisen 0.
