Kick Kick Kick Kick Ep 5 ratings up slightly but still dismal for least popular K-drama of 2025

Kick Kick Kick Kick‘s ratings not improving much

While Episode 5 of the ongoing KBS2 Wednesday-Thursday drama Kick Kick Kick Kick saw its ratings rise slightly last night, the ratings it did earn are still dismal.

So much so, after five episodes have now aired, the only rating Kick Kick Kick Kick, Episode 5 could muster nationwide was just 1.0 percent of the viewership.

Up from 0.7 percent for its Episode 4.

That Episode 4 rating, by the way, was the lowest a KBS2 series had ever earned for a single episode, beating out the 2020 series Welcome, which earned 0.8 percent for its 23rd episode.

In other words, with ratings already this low just five episodes in, chances are those for Kick Kick Kick Kick will only get lower as it heads towards its final episode.

Meanwhile, the Korean drama’s rating in Seoul is not even being reported by Nielsen Korea (for non-subscribers) as it is apparently so low it failed to reach the cut-off point.

International viewers opinions of Kick Kick Kick Kick after Episode 5

Viewers outside South Korea do not seem to be impressed with Kick Kick Kick Kick either, as the Korean drama is currently earning a very low 7.4 out of 10 on My Drama List, and with the expected negative comments to boot.

Even viewers on Viki, where Kick Kick Kick Kick is streaming, are panning it and currently awarding it an even lower 7.3 out of 10 from the only 53 people watching the K-drama and rating it.

Comments are equally negative.

Considering K-dramas streaming on Viki rarely fall below an 8.1 out of 10, this is a very poor rating indeed.

Kick Kick Kick Kick stars the actually decent cast of Ji Jin Hee, Lee Kyu Kyung, Baek Ji Won, and Lee Min Jae,

It is just a pity the script (and directing?) is awful.

The next episode of Kick Kick Kick Kick airs tonight. Let’s see how its ratings fare then, eh?
