=Love’s Iori Noguchi joins Aharen-san wa Hakarenai cast as Aragaki, Oshiro’s karate rival

Ongoing comedy romance anime Aharen-san wa Hakarenai, Season 2 has a new cast member with Iori Noguchi just being named as the voice actress who will be playing new character tomboy Aragaki.

Iori Noguchi is a popular member of the idol group =Love, and also recently voiced Rio Okuyama in I’m Getting Married to a Girl I Hate in My Class.

The 25-year-old idol has also voiced Chikako in the 2018 anime I’m glad I could keep running, Rosetta in the second season of Chinese donghua A Herbivorous Dragon of 5,000 Years Gets Unfairly Villainized, and Eagle in Demon Lord, Retry! R.

She will appear in Episode 9 as Aragaki, a girl Oshiro competed against in a karate competition, with the idol herself commenting on her X account:

I will be appearing in episode 9 as Aragaki! I have always loved this soothing and heartwarming series, so I am truly honored to have been given this wonderful opportunity!!

As you can probably tell from Aragaki’s screenshot above, she is not only serious about her sport, she also isn’t a huge fan of Oshiro. After all, Oshiro beat her in the competition.

In Episode 9 of Aharen-san wa Hakarenai, Aragaki suddenly appears as Oshiro is on her way to school and attempts to take her down with a kick.

The latest episode of the hit rom-com anime drops on June 2nd on Crunchyroll. Look out for her.
