The superb fantasy rom-com Miss Night and Day, Episode 5 hit a new all-time high in the ratings last night, as the Korean drama continues to pull in ever increasing numbers of viewers.

According to the latest data via Nielsen Korea, Miss Night and Day, Episode 5 earned 6.15 percent of the nationwide audience share, which was a slight increase from Episode 4’s rating of 6.03 percent.

The Korean drama performed even better among audiences in Seoul where it earned 6.87 percent on Saturday night — a nice increase from Episode 4’s 6.33 percent, and a substantial increase from the rating for Episode 1 of 4.60 percent.

The K-drama is also performing very well in the personal ratings of international viewers.

It is still rated a very solid 8.2 out of 10 from the often picky users of My Drama List, while IMDB users also currently rate it an 8.2 out of 10.

Over on Netflix, where it is streaming for that platform’s subscribers, Miss Night and Day is doing even better as it just hit the #6 spot on the Netflix Top 10 Most-Watched Non-English TV Shows chart last week.

Let’s hope then that these ratings continue throughout its run, as it is one of the most well-written, best-acted K-dramas of the current season.

The next episode of Miss Night and Day, which stars Lee Jung Eun, Jung Eun Ji and Choi Jin Hyuk, airs on JTBC in South Korea tonight, with Netflix streaming the Korean rom-com for its international subscribers.
