It’s the 6th anniversary of the Chinese donghua (anime) Ling Jian Zun (aka Spirit Sword Sovereign) this week and, along with celebrating it, animation studio Suoyi Technology is also running a lottery for fans living in China.
The lottery, which runs from January 13th to January 19th, was announced via the studio’s official Weibo account, along with a celebratory visual and the message:
Thank you for the six years of companionship from the fans!
Prizes include acrylic bookmarks, stands and keyrings, gift boxes and other items.
Spirit Sword Sovereign (aka 靈劍君主) premiered in January, 2019
The first season of the popular action adventure, martial arts donghua series premiered on January 15th, 2019 and ran for 30 episodes until April of the year.
A month later, Season 2 hit streaming services and ran until September, 2019 for the same number of episodes as the first season.
In the years since, new episodes of Spirit Sword Sovereign have released almost continuously, with Episode 557 releasing last week, and Episode 558 due out this Friday, January 17th.
The Tencent Video Animation YouTube channel is streaming every episode of every season (many in videos of multiple episodes).
Unfortunately, however, most do not feature English subtitles, so you may have to look elsewhere.
