The Journey of Legend, one of the most anticipated wuxia dramas of 2025 premieres tomorrow, so it’s not surprising streaming services iQIYI and Tencent Video are doing an amazing amount of promotion this week.

So, yep, iQIYI has gone all-in on the promotion for this superb-looking C-drama.

The Chinese streaming service also commented about the billboards:

Billboards have lit up at Shanghai’s Shang Sheng Xin Suo and Thailand’s Union Mall!

Welcome all fans to take photos – join the brotherhood in the martial world, and write a legend together!

On September 11th, lock on iQIYI to stand with Cheng Yi, grasp the sword, break through the storm, and embark on an epic journey with #TheJourneyOfLegend#!

And yes, it’s fabulous that iQIYI isn’t just keeping their marketing efforts to China for the new Cheng Yi-led drama, but also including Thailand.

And at a Bangkok mall, I might add, that I lived around the corner from for more than 14 years, so I know the area well.

The Journey of Legend (known as Go to the Mountains and Sea in China) stars the aforementioned Cheng Yi (who, let’s face it, is the big draw of the upcoming fantasy drama), alongside Gulnezer Bextiyar, Xu Zhen Xuan, Liu Meng Rui, Eleanor Lee and Lin Ze Hui.

Its scheduled for 40 episodes, with its first six episodes premiering tomorrow, September 11th, and then new episodes releasing Monday through Sunday until it ends.

Watch on iQIYI internationally beginning tomorrow.
