The Long Way Back hits 24000 on heat index – C-drama going gangbusters on Tencent and WeTV
The ongoing Chinese war-themed drama The Long Way Back has exceeded 24000 on Tencent Video’s heat index, just two days after it climbed to 21000 on the index a few hours after it premiered on August 25th.
Tencent celebrated that fact with another gorgeous The Long Way Back visual, and a comment about the already-hit drama saying:

Tencent Video is currently airing the drama every night at 19:30 across the platform.
The stunning visual celebrating The Long Way Back hitting 24000 on the heat index followed on from an equally vibrant one released a few hours previous, when the C-drama climbed past 23000. (below)
The drama itself stars Hu Jun, Li Nai Wen, Chen Jing Ke, Mabel Yuan, Ren Bin and Song Jia Teng.
It premiered on August 25th on Tencent Video and WeTV international, and is scheduled to run for 34 episodes, with new episodes dropping every night through the end of its run.
The first four episodes are free-to-watch, while the first seven episodes are currently available for VIP subscribers, and Episode 8 can be accessed by those paying for Express.
