Toilet-bound Hanako-kun 2 Part 2 visual has Hanako protecting Nene
A second Toilet-bound Hanako-kun 2, Part 2 key visual featuring Nene Yashiro looking scared but hopeful as Hanako-kun stands next to her protecting her has just dropped.
The visual was released on the Toilet-bound Hanako-kun X account, along with the message:
Hey, do you know the story of the bride dedicated to God?
The seven mysteries of the school begin again
They also reminded the supernatural anime’s fans the second part of its current season will premiere on July 6th at 4:30 p.m in Japan on 28 TBS affiliated stations nationwide.
And yep, it has been a few months since the first part of the anime’s second season ended — March 30th, 2025 to be precise — so anticipation is high for the second part to drop.
Proving how popular the latest installment of the anime series has been too, its first part is currently being rated a 7.89 out of 10 rating on My Anime List from almost 20,000 viewers — a pretty strong rating for users of that site.
The only complaint a fair few people have, and one that I agree with, is that, instead of just continuing the full second season earlier in the year, as most of us wanted, animation studio Lerche chose a July premiere for Part 2.
That means, along with an already crammed-to-the-gills full of highly-anticipated anime to watch season, we now get another one shoved in the same time period.
Damn, eh?
Toilet-bound Hanako-kun 2 Part 2 production details
Like Part 1, the anime’s second half is directed by Youhei Fukui, with Yasuhiro Nakanishi in charge of both scripts and series composition, and Mayuka Itou back designing its characters, as well as serving as animation director.
The school-themed anime will stream internationally on Crunchyroll, just like its first part.
Now, just as a reminder about how cute some of the moments are in Toilet-bound Hanako-kun, remember this one from the current season’s first half?
