The new tvN drama When the Stars Gossip, Episode 2 aired on Sunday night to even higher ratings that its first episode earned on Saturday.
According to the latest data from Nielsen Korea, When the Stars Gossip, Episode 2 grabbed 3.88 percent of the nationwide viewership, which is a solid increase from the Korean drama’s first episode’s audience share of 3.32 percent.
The tvN drama performed similarly in Seoul where it garnered 3.91 percent of the viewership – a slight increase from Episode 1’s audience share of 3.81 percent.
When the Stars Gossip (aka 별들에게 물어봐 in Korean) stars Lee Min Ho (Pachinko) and Gong Hyo Jin (When the Camelia Blooms).
The K-drama tells the story of obstetrician gynecologist Gong Ryong (played by Lee Min Ho) who arrives at a space station as a space tourist, and Korean-American astronaut Eve Kim (Gong Hyo Jin).
Han Ji Eun (Bad and Crazy) and Oh Jung Se (Sweet Home) also star.
The Korean drama premiered on tvN in South Korea on January 4th, with the 16-episode series currently scheduled to run through February 23rd.
The first two episodes of When the Stars Gossip is also streaming on Netflix in select regions.
