Zhang Yi Shan’s The Guardians exceeds 1 million reservations as C-drama premieres next week
The Chinese Republican-era drama The Guardians has exceeded 1 million reservations, with the C-drama itself premiering on September 23rd.

The Guardians stars Zhang Yi Shan (The Wonderful World), Elvis Han (Me and My Family), and Zhang Tian Ai (The Litchi Road).
The 35-episode drama follows intelligence agent Gu Yin Shan who kidnaps Li Yue Se, a blind cryptography, in an effort to stop him completing his work.

He then hires Ding Yi to impersonate Li Yue Si, an actor who then finds himself involved in a high-stakes intelligence mission.
