Choi Hyun Wook and Moon Ga Young starring in tvN drama Black Salt Dragon

South Korean broadcaster tvN has officially announced the two main leads for their upcoming romance drama Black Salt Dragon.

They are Twinkling Watermelon‘s Choi Hyun Wook, and True Beauty‘s Moon Ga Young.

Im Se Mi has also been named in a supporting role.

Black Salt Dragon is based on a webtoon and tells the story of two gamers who meet in an online game as teenagers, with Baek Soo Jung (played by Moon Ga Young) experiencing the most embarrassing event of her life because of it.

Meanwhile, Ban Joo Yeon (Choi Hyun Wook) confesses to his first love online, and is brutally turned down.

Years later, the two meet again, but this time Ban Joo Yeon is a chaebol and the director of the strategic planning division at Yongsung Department Store, while Baek Soo Jung is one of his hardworking employees.

Choi Hyun Wook, of course, is known not only for the aforementioned Twinkling Watermelon, but he also starred in K-dramas like Weak Hero Class 1, Racket Boys and Twenty-Five, Twenty-One.
