Don’t Toy with Me, Miss Nagatoro manga ends in 3 chapters

There’s somewhat sad news for manga fans today, as mangaka Nanashi confirmed on his/her X account that their manga Don’t Toy With Me, Miss Nagatoro is coming to an end.

According to their X post, Chapter 154 will be the last chapter.

In other words, there are just three chapters left before you will have to say goodbye to Nagatoro and Senpai for good.

The mangaka then asked fans:

There’s only a little bit left, but I hope you’ll stay with me until the end!

Where to buy the Don’t Toy With Me, Miss Nagatoro manga series

The Don’t Toy With Me, Miss Nagotoro manga series began serialization in Kodansha’s online manga site Magazine Pocket back in November, 2017.

Quickly becoming popular, it spawned two series of an anime adaptation, with the second season ending its run on March 26th, 2023.

Crunchyroll is currently streaming both seasons, if you haven’t yet given the gag-anime a shot, and don’t mind an anime with pretty much one joke running throughout.

Especially as, if you look deeper than the surface and the “bullying” that may really make you feel uncomfortable, there is quite a bit more going on than you first think.

The Don’t Toy With Me, Miss Nagotoro manga has also been published in 19 volumes in Japan, with Kodansha publishing the manga in English in both print and digital, and with 16 volumes out so far.

They describe the first volume’s plot like this:

Nagatoro is a freshman in high school who loves teasing and torturing her older male classmate (Senpai).

What is her motivation and why does Senpai put up with her? Does Nagatoro just want to create misery for Senpai? Or maybe she secretly likes him?
