First ‘Blossoms of Power’ stills drop – Meng Zi Yi, He Yu, Lester Lin, Dong Zi Fan and more
After the Chinese historical romance Blossoms of Power wrapped its four-month shooting schedule yesterday, and even though we are likely over a year away from the C-drama premiering, Tencent Video has just released the first set of Blossoms of Power stills.
Well, we might as well start getting that promo material early, right?
And I have a feeling we will be getting a slew of it, as this is one of the bigger budget Chinese dramas filming this year, so the production committee will not only want to recoup their money but they will also expect this one to be a big success.
The 8 Blossoms of Power stills came out via Weibo and include shots of main leads Meng Zi Yi and He Yu, as well as other photos of some of the Chinese drama’s main supporting cast.
Tencent released them along with a comment about the Blossoms of Power cast and crew.
The also confirmed both the director and co-director, and the actors who appeared in the drama’s first stills:

Enjoy the first stills from the highly-anticipated C-drama and do look carefully as, according to several Chinese news reports, the Blossoms of Power production committee spent a huge amount of money to make sure the details of the costumes, sets and props were all as authentic as possible.
That means, if you are into highly-detailed historical dramas, this one is very likely not to disappoint.
