Award-winning South Korean actress Han Ji Min’s agency, BH Entertainment, has confirmed she is considering an offer to star in Kim Seok Yoon’s upcoming drama More Beautiful Than Heaven, after Korean news media reported the actress may be “reuniting” with the director.
Han Ji Min starred in Kim Seok Yoon’s Behind Your Touch (2023) and 2019’s The Light in Your Eyes so, if she does decide to accept a role in his latest drama, it will a third time outing for the pair.
At the moment, we know little about the K-drama More Beautiful Than Heaven (aka 천êµë³´ë‹¤ 아름다운 in Korea).
Except that Kim Hye Ja’s name (star of Our Blues) has also been bandied about as possibly being involved.
As for Han Ji Min, since her acting career began in 2003, the actress has also starred in the dramas Yonder, Our Blues, One Spring Night, Familiar Wife and Rooftop Prince, just to name a few.
She has also graced the screen in films like The Fatal Encounter, Miss Baek and A Year-End Medley.
This year, she will be the female lead in the SBS Friday/Saturday drama Acquaintances alongside Lee Joon Hyuk, which is scheduled to premiere in November.
Fingers crossed she will accept the More Beautiful Than Heaven role then, as it is always a delight to see the superbly talented actress appear in any new drama, and Kim Seok Yoon has so many top-notch dramas under his belt, this one is very likely to be another.
Until then, you can watch her wonderful performance in last year’s comedy drama Behind Your Touch on Netflix.
