Mashle: Magic and Muscles opening animation intros main characters showcases banger OP

Mashle: Magic and Muscles opening animation intros to anime’s 5 main characters and their quirks

A new creditless Mashle: Magic and Muscles opening animation video was released earlier today that also featured the anime’s opening theme song — ‘Knock Out‘ by Taiiku Okazaki.

The Mashle: Magic and Muscles opening animation video introduces all the anime’s main characters, who are cool as hell by the way even if they do each have definite quirks.

The video also shows off that banger of an opening theme song perfectly.

What is Mashle: Magic and Muscles?

Mashle: Magic and Muscles is based on the popular manga written and illustrated by Hajime Kōmoto.

A manga that currently has an official English language version out via Viz Media, who has this to say about its plot:

Mash just wants to live in peace with his father in the forest. But the only way he’ll ever be accepted in the magic realm is by attending magic school and becoming a Divine Visionary—an exceptional student revered as one the chosen.

But without an ounce of magic to his name, Mash will have to punch his way to the top spot.

The first episode of the Mashle: Magic and Muscles anime series premiered on April 8th.

It is being directed by Tomoya Tanaka (Engage Kiss), with series composition from Yousuke Kuroda (My Hero Academia) and character designs from Nozomu Gotou.

A-1 Pictures is in charge of anime production.

Watch the just released creditless Mashle: Magic and Muscles opening animation video below, and enjoy that banger of an opening theme song.

The anime itself is now streaming via Crunchyroll.
