The Tales of Herding Gods anime is animated by the aforementioned Sparkly Key Animation Studio.

Bilibili describes the donghua’s plot like this:
In Can Lao village, there live nine enigmatic but disabled elders and the young Qin Mu who was raised by those elders.
One day, the cow that Qin Mu is herding surprisingly speaks the human language. And then follows a surprising revelation.
Since then, Qin Mu has become more aware of the dangers and enchantments of the forsaken land of Da Xu: demons descend with the darkness, divine bones dance in the ruins, dragon bones protect their young, and a giant ship drags the sun…
But, no matter what kind of danger he faces, Qin Mu is fearless. He integrates the skills passed down by the nine elders and vows to carve out his own realm with a peerless and domineering physique.
Episode 16 of Tales of Herding Gods is currently available to watch on Bilbili for its subscribers, with up to Episode 15 available for everyone else.
