The All-devouring Whale, EP4 trailer has Liu Fengmang and his sect members attacked by Ease Sect

The trailer is out for the Chinese donghua The All-devouring Whale: Homecoming, Episode 4, which hits the Made by Bilibili YouTube channel for its VIP members tomorrow (Thursday, May 15th, 2025).

If you have already watched Episode 3, you will remember rival organization the Ease Sect featured prominently in the episode as panda thief Su Muchuan takes the panda spirit to the sect in an effort to retrieve his Ice Tails spirit pet.

Of course, Yo Yang, head of the Leisure Society branch of the sect, is a low-life scumbag who not only lies to Su Muchuan about giving him his spirit pet back, but then also kidnaps his Fire Tails spirit pet as well, and then imprisons Muchuan himself.

In The All-devouring Whale: Homecoming, Episode 4 trailer, Yo Yang rears his ugly head once again, as it appears protagonist Liu Fengmang (aka Fan Lingxiao) is lured to the Ease Sect.

A visit that does not end too well for him, at least if the quick scenes showing his own Lingxiao Pavilion members and their spirit pets lying severely injured are anything to go by.

As for the Chinese donghua’s performance with audiences since it premiered on May 1st, animation studio Big Firebird Culture announced earlier today The All-devouring Whale: Homecoming it has already earned over 10 million views.

In less than two weeks.

Along with the announcement, they released a celebratory visual with the comment:
