The Art of Negotiation EP6 ratings soar to highest yet – #1 show in its time slot

JTBC drama The Art of Negotiation, Episode 6 soared in the ratings last night – both nationwide and in Seoul — grabbing the K-drama’s highest ratings yet in both regions.

It was also the #1 show in its time slot.

Data via Nielsen Korea shows The Art of Negotiation, Episode 6 grabbed 7.98 percent of the audience share nationwide.

That is a big step up from its previous episode’s 6.45 percent (which was already the drama’s highest Saturday rating) and getting close to 1.0 percent better than its previous Sunday’s rating of 7.29 percent for Episode 4.

The Korean business-themed drama also performed even better in Seoul, where it earned 8.32 percent of the audience share — up a full 2.0 percent higher than Episode 5’s rating of 6.39 percent.

For a drama that started off with just 3.30 percent nationwide and 3.58 percent in Seoul on March 8th then, it is safe to say The Art of Negotiation is going gangbusters so far.

Outside South Korea, the extremely well-written and acted K-drama is also still maintaining its huge 9.6 out of 10 rating on Viki, where the Lee Je Hoon, Kim Dae Myung and Sung Dong Il-led series is streaming for that platform’s international subscribers.

The Art of Negotiation‘s next episode airs on Saturday, March 29th, so let’s see if it can increase its audience even more then.
