The latest KBS2 Wednesday/Thursday drama, “Who Is She?“, premiered on December 18th, 2024 with its first two episodes, and is due to end its run on January 23, 2025.
The series, starring Kim Hae Sook, Jung Ji So, Jung Jin Young, and Chae Won Bin, is a remake of the popular 2014 film “Miss Granny,” and tells the unique story of a grandmother who turns into her 20-year-old self.
The drama kicked off with Episode 1’s promising ratings of 3.9 percent nationwide and 3.6 percent in Seoul.
By its third episode, “Who Is She?” had reached its highest nationwide ratings (4.0 percent), indicating a growing fanbase.
Who is She? ratings begin to fall
Throughout mid-January, however, the show then saw ratings fall and, by January 15th, the K-drama experienced another slight dip to 3.0 percent nationwide.
The lowest rating of its run.
That is likely attributable to factors like competition from other shows, or the typical lull many K-dramas experience towards their end. But it was a fall nevertheless.
“Who is She?”, Episode 10 ratings rise slightly
The drama took another positive turn as it headed into its final week last night, however, with “Who is She?”, Episode 10 earning slightly higher ratings of 3.2 percent nationwide.
Although it did see a fall to its lowest ratings in Seoul (3.0 percent).
With just two episodes left to air then, that slight nationwide viewership increase on January 16th for Episode 10, does indicate viewers are still invested in seeing the resolution of the story.
In other words, there is a good chance the nicely-written and acted drama will see another ratings rise when its final episodes air next week.
Fingers crossed.
You can watch “Who is She?”, Episode 10 on Viki now, where it is currently earning a solid 8.6 out of 10 in their viewer ratings.
