Korean drama Who is She? (수상한 그녀) aired on Wednesday night to solid ratings for its first two episodes.

The new KBS2 drama premiered last night with its first two episodes running back-to-back, grabbing 3.9 percent of the nationwide audience for its first episode, and a 3.4 percent for its second.

In Seoul, Who is She?, Episode 1 earned 3.6 percent, then fell to 3.2 percent for Episode 2.

Second episodes often drop in the ratings for a newly airing K-drama, however, and then rise back up with subsequent episodes. So this drop is nothing out of the ordinary.

What does matter is the ratings for subsequent episodes.

The next two episodes will air on December 25th, followed by two more on December 26th.

After that, new episodes of Who is She? will air every Wednesday and Thursday through January 23rd.

Let’s see how they perform in the ratings then.

What is Who is She?

The new Korean drama stars Kim Hae Sook, Jung Ji SoJung Jin Young, and Chae Won Bin.

The plot tells the story of Oh Mal Sun who, after losing her husband at a young age, is forced to raise her children by herself while running a small restaurant.

Now in her 70s, an incident occurs, and she suddenly reverts back to how she looked in her 20s.

Taking advantage of her now young looks, Oh Mal Sun decides to pursue her younger dream of becoming a singer. So she changes her name to Oh Du Ri, and joins an entertainment agency as an idol trainee.

Watch the first two episodes of Who is She? via Viki now where, with just 13 people rating it so far, it is currently earning a very high 9.5 out of 10.
