According to the latest data drop by Nielsen Korea, Would You Marry Me, Episode 2 earned 6.4 percent of the nationwide audience share on Saturday night.

That’s a nice increase from Episode 1’s rating of 5.6 percent, and a sign the K-drama is very well-liked so far.

Its ratings in Seoul cemented that, with Would You Marry Me earning 7.0 percent of the viewership compared to the already solid 6.1 percent it grabbed on Friday night.

International trolls are back

Meanwhile, after a short reprieve when Would You Marry Me earned an excellent 8.1 out of 10 on My Drama List (MDL) after its first episode, that platform’s trolls are now obviously back out in force downrating the Korean drama from that 8.1 to today’s 7.7 out of 10.

Proving, yet again, MDL ratings are not remotely reputable until a drama has finished its entire run, and users of the site who are actually watching the drama weigh in with their ratings.

Meanwhile, it appears IMDB may have been able to get its trolls under control as, while Would You Marry Me was earning an 8.7 out of 10 after its first episode, it is now earning an even higher rating of 9.0 so far.

According to Flix Patrol, Would You Marry Me is also performing well on Disney+ internationally where it is in the Top 10 in Brazil (#5), Japan (#1), Singapore (#7) and in South Korea (#2).

Would You Marry Me stars Choi Woo Shik and Jung So Min, and airs every Friday and Saturday evening on tvN with Disney+ streaming it internationally.

Let’s see how its ratings perform next week then, eh?

Did you miss....
