Foch Film details
Foch Film (full name Shanghai Foch Film and TV Culture Investment or 上海福煦影视文化投资有限公司) is one of the older Chinese animation studios as it was originally established in 1998 as Shanghai Huiyue Culture and Art Co., Ltd.
The company then changed its name to Foch Film in 2006, which has since gone on to be one of the studios at the forefront of Chinese donghua with several extremely popular series already under its belt.
Unlike many other studios, which tend to concentrate on one or the other, Foch Film creates both 2D and 3D animated works. It also creates properties using puppet animation and Flash animation.
Foch Film itself explains its operations concentrate on both film and TV animation, as well as program distribution, and derivative product development.
