Bon Appétit, Your Majesty Ep 7 grabs BEST Saturday ratings yet as international ratings also superb
The ongoing K-drama Bon Appétit, Your Majesty, Episode 7 earned its best Saturday ratings so far last night, with a very nice rise in viewership compared to last Saturday’s audience share.
Data via Nielsen Korea shows Bon Appétit, Your Majesty, Episode 7 grabbed 12.64 percent of the nationwide audience on September 13th.
That is a substantial increase from the Korean drama’s previous Saturday high of 10.81 percent for Episode 5.
The tvN drama also performed just as well in Seoul, with last night’s episode earning 12.82 percent of the audience share versus the already high 11.64 percent it garnered last Saturday.
These ratings are superb considering Bon Appétit, Your Majesty began its 12-episode run with a 4.85 percent national rating and a 5.10 percent viewership in Seoul for Episode 1.
International response to Bon Appétit, Your Majesty
I am so happy the Korean drama is performing so well internationally, as it truly is one of the all-around best K-dramas of 2025, as well as very entertaining.
So let’s start with Netflix where Bon Appétit, Your Majesty is currently sitting at #2 on the Netflix Top 10 Non-English TV Shows chart after being viewed 58.5 million hours for a total of 7.5 million views.
The Korean drama also grabbed the #1 spot on the Drama Brand Reputation Rankings for September a few days ago.
On My Drama List as well, the K-drama is being rated 8.5 out of 10 on the Asian drama-focused website. which is a superb rating from users of that site, and with positive comments to match including from people who are desperately waiting for the K-drama’s next episode:
I love the cooking showdown, it’s actually thrilling to watch and also the pace at which the drama is going but 12 episode is actually a little.
In this new episode, I had actually wished there was more for Yi Heon and Ji Young to be together. I can’t wait for next week….
and people who, even though they find some characters annoying, are still all in on the comedy:
No matter how despicable the Ming envoy may be, I cannot deny how much I enjoy watching his hilarious reactions to eating the food, especially during the competition.
