Listen to Lissie’s ‘Go Your Own Way‘ as featured on A Discovery of Witches
American folk rock singer songwriter Lissie’s ‘Go Your Own Way‘ was featured on the new episode of the Sky One series A Discovery of Witches — Season 1, Episode 3.
The song was played as Matthew tells Diana he will take her to France.
Lissie’s ‘Go Your Own Way’, of course, is a cover of the iconic song by rock band Fleetwood Mac. Lissie puts a more modern spin on it in a quite emotional version that she recorded back in 2012.
The song gained her recognition when it was used for a Twinings tea commercial, as well as when it was featured in the Julianne Hough, Josh Duhamel film Safe Haven. It showed up again several years later in a scene of the first season of Good Behavior‘s closing episode.
Lissie herself, aka Elisabeth Corrin Maurus, is an indie singer from Rock Island, Illinois.
She released her debut album in 2010, followed by her second and third studio albums in later years. Her most recent release was her 2018 fourth studio album Castles.
