Zhanpeng’s father, a railway policeman, was posthumously named a martyr after he died in the line of duty many years earlier.

Zhanpeng (played by Yang Xu Wen) always hoped to return to the place where his father once worked. However, when he actually comes to Shimotsu and starts working, he finds that the situation here is much more complicated than he thought.

When he first meets Tu Hongjiang (Wang Yan Hui), an older railway police officer, he believes the older police man is behaving very suspiciously while handling a drug trafficking case, which puts Zhanpeng on guard against him.

Will Zhangpeng’s suspicions be born out, or will he learn something else is going on instead?
