And video game fans should be thrilled with this one as it follows game developer, Sam Young, who is about to release Ruminate, her first game, until a popular YouTuber destroys it in a review.

Things get even worse for Sam when she finds out the YouTuber is her neighbor.

Let’s Play trailer introduces Sam and the three main men in her life along with their voice actors

The new Let’s Play trailer introduces Sam, a game developer who also volunteers at her local children’s hospital, as well as the three male leads — YouTuber Marshall Law, Link Hudson a waiter at the local cafe where she hangs out, and Charles Jones her boss.

As you’d expect in a rom-com, all three are incredibly good looking and seem to have forceful personalities.

The voice actors for all three men were also announced.

As they are some of the biggest names in the VA business, it’s obvious the anime is certainly going after the best:

  • Shimba Tsuchiya (Sizhui in The Master of Diabolism) as Marshall Law
  • Yuuichi Nakamura (Hajime in Wind Breaker) plays Charles Jones
  • Tomokazu Sugita (Tarou in Sakamoto Days) who is voicing Link Hudson

The three men join previously announced Kana Hanazawa (Mashiro in Detectives These Days are Crazy!) as Sam — another big name in a voice cast of superstars.

As for the new Let’s Play teaser visual, it has Sam sat in front of photographs of the three men, game controller in hand, with the word ‘Select’ seen above the men.

Thus, suggesting she’s about to start playing a new dating sim game, and choosing one of the men as her potential boyfriend is her first task.

The anime is based on a popular webtoon by Leeanne M. Krecic (Mongie).

Watch the cute Let’s Play trailer below. The anime itself drops in October, 2025. And yep, as a gamer myself, it’s definitely one I will be checking out.
