Bon Appétit, Your Majesty, Ep 10 grabs BEST EVER ratings – heads into series finale on largest audience yet
Bon Appétit, Your Majesty, Episode 10 aired last night to its best ever ratings, grabbing huge numbers both nationwide and from audiences in Seoul.
Data via Nielsen Korea shows Bon Appétit, Your Majesty, Episode 10 earned 15.75 percent of the audience share on Sunday night, which is a more than 2.0 percent increase from Saturday’s rating of 13.46 percent.
The Korean drama saw a similar increase in its viewership in Seoul as well, with a 15.94 percent of the audience.
As it heads into its finale next weekend then, let’s just say the K-drama is now set up to go out with a massive bang.
Bon Appétit, Your Majesty on Netflix
It’s not just in South Korea where Bon Appétit, Your Majesty is massively popular either, as it has been incredibly successful on Netflix internationally since it premiered on August 23rd with the best ratings for a tvN Saturday/Sunday drama this year.
On that platform, it is currently in the #1 spot on the Netflix Top 10 Non-English TV Shows chart after sitting on the chart for four weeks.
The K-drama hit the #1 position due to being viewed 6.8 million times for a total of 70 million hours during the past week alone.
It was in the Top 10 in 65 countries, and the #1 show in 9, making it easy for Bon Appétit, Your Majesty to climb to the top of the chart.
Bon Appétit, Your Majesty is directed by Jang Tae Yoo (Knight Flower), and stars Im Yoon Ah, Lee Chae Min, Kang Han Na, and Choi Gwi Hwa.
Its final two episodes air next weekend — September 27th and 28th — and is likely to see even higher ratings then.
