New KBS2 weekend drama Iron Family, Episode 3 ratings held steady in South Korea last night, with the Korean drama still the #1 most-watched show of any kind on Saturday nationwide.

That nationwide rating was 14.4 percent last night — which is just 0.10 percent lower than last Sunday’s episode, but higher than its previous Saturday’s premiere by 0.30 percent.

Audiences in Seoul were lower (typical for a weekend drama), but with Iron Family, Episode 3 still holding its ratings steady — earning a 12.3 percent audience share, which is down from the 12.8 percent it earned for Episode 2.

With 33 episodes still left to air, however, it is very likely the Korean drama will continue to see its ratings rise as it is rare for a weekend drama to not perform well with audiences in South Korea.

Iron Family stars Kim Jung Hyun, Keum Sae Rok, Choi Tae Joon, and Yang Hye Ji, with iconic veteran actors Kim Young Ok (King the Land and Hometown Cha Cha Cha) and Park In Hwan (Brilliant Heritage and Navillera) in supporting roles (see photo above).

The Korean weekend drama airs every Saturday and Sunday on KBS2, and will run through January 26th, 2025, with its next episode premiering later on tonight.

You can watch the first three episodes now via Viki and KOCOWA.

Both streaming platforms also offer subtitles in several languages including English, Spanish and German.
