Korean actress Lee Yeon Hee has signed with Saram Entertainment after her contract with VAST Entertainment expired.

According to Korea’s TV Daily, Saram Entertainment founder and CEO Lee So Young commented on the actress’s decision, saying:

I am happy to be able to start a new beginning with actress Lee Yeon Hee.

As a reliable partner, we will not spare any support so that you can be active in various fields and projects.

The 35-year-old actress, who got her start in 2001, is known for her roles in dramas The Package, Miss Korea, East of Eden and Welcome to Wedding Hell, and in films My Way, A Millionaire’s First Love, New Year Blues and Detective K2: Secret of the Lost Island.

Her most recent role was playing Park Yoon Jo in last year’s web series Race, which streamed on Disney Plus and Hulu.

Lee Yoon Hee joining Saram Entertainment means it will be the actress’ third agency after initially debuting under SM Entertainment in 2001/2002 after winning the Best Feature category in the SM Entertainment Best Youth contest, before joining VAST in 2020.

The Korean actress will join a plethora of well-known artists already represented by Saram.

They include Go Jun (Oh My Baby), Cho Jin Woong (Entourage), Kim Min Ha (Pachinko), Cha Jung Won (Lawless Lawyer), Gong Myung (Lovers of the Red Sky), Choi Soo Young (Not Others), Ki Hong Lee (Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt), Lee Ga Sub (Jirisan), Han Ye Ri (Minari), Park Ye Jin (Soul Mechanic), and child actress Yuna (The Kidnapping Day).

You will find the entire list of artists they represent via Saram Entertainment’s website alongside Lee Yeon Hee’s official agency page.

Saram Entertainment was founded in 2006.
