The Good Bad Mother Ep. 4 viewers SKYROCKET as drama DOUBLES its audience from Ep. 1

The Good Bad Mother, Ep. 4 continued to pull in bigger and bigger audiences

The Korean drama The Good Bad Mother, Episode 4 aired last night and, as I predicted yesterday in my analysis of the ratings for its previous episode, the number of its viewers skyrocketed as word spread how good this drama has turned out to be.

According to Nielsen Korea, The Good Bad Mother, Episode 4 viewers rose from the drama’s previous episode ratings of 5.70 percent to last night’s 7.03 percent nationwide.

That is a 1.33 percent increase, and more than double the percentage of viewers the slice of life comedy drama earned for its first episode — just 3.58 percent, which is now its lowest rating yet.

In Seoul, The Good Bad Mother, Episode 4 saw a similar increase in viewers, although not quite as high as nationwide.

In Seoul, the drama’s latest episode rose from 6.43 percent for its previous episode to last night’s 7.59 percent — a 1.16 percent increase.

Considering the drama’s viewers have risen every episode since the drama premiered on April 26th, I am guessing we will likely see an even higher increase with its next episode, which is due out on Wednesday, May 10th.

Then again, we should, as the drama is superb.

Two people who have had a terrible relationship ever since he was a child. Primarily because the son Choi Kang Ho (played by Lee Do Hyun) believes his mother Jin Young Soon (Ra Mi Ran) was too strict.

Things change between the pair, however, when Kang Ho who works as a high-level prosecutor in Seoul has an accident that causes him to not only lose most of his memories, but also to now have the mentality of a seven-year-old child in the body of a fully grown man.

Kang Ho is now forced to return to the small town where he grew up so his mother can take care of him.

Ahn Eun Jin plays Lee Mi Joo, a nail artist, and Kang Ho’s ex-girlfriend.
