The new tvN series Love Next Door premiered on August 17th and, by the end of August 18th, the Korean drama had already hit a Top 10 chart on Netflix.
According to Netflix via its Tudum website, Love Next Door is currently sitting at #5 on the platform’s Top 10 Most-Watched Non-English TV Shows chart for the period August 12th to August 18th.
It gained that spot by being viewed 1.1 million times during that two day period for a total of 2.7 million hours watched.
Love Next Door was also in the Top 10 in 18 countries, with 17 of those countries being in Asia and the 18th being Nigeria.
In other words, with these kind of numbers just two days after release, it is very likely the Korean drama will be in the Top 3 on the chart next week when it has been available to watch for the entire 7-day reporting period.
