The hit historical drama Korea-Khitan War, Episode 18 aired on Sunday night in South Korea to ratings that are back up to double digits after a teeny tiny drop with its previous episode.

According to the latest data from Nielsen Korea, Korea-Khitan War, Episode 18 earned exactly 10.00 percent of the audience share nationwide, after dropping to 9.8 percent on Saturday night.

It is the third time the KBS drama has hit double digits nationwide.

Meanwhile, in Seoul, the 18th episode of the award-winning drama earned 8.70 percent of the audience share, which is slightly down from its previous episode’s 9.00 percent.

Personally, with 14 more episodes of Korea-Khitan War still to air, I am interested in where the K-drama’s ratings will end up.

After all, it began on November 11th with just 5.50 percent of the audience nationwide, and has almost doubled that in the last 17 episodes.

The Korean drama stars the absolutely stellar cast of Kim Dong Jun, Choi Soo Jong, and Ji Seung Hyun.

The next episode of Korea-Khitan War will air next Saturday evening, January 20th, at 21:25 (KST) on KBS2, with both Viki and KOCOWA carrying it in North America, and Netflix streaming it for some of their international subscribers.
