Missing Crown Prince Ep 18 grabs another ratings record as international viewers rate K-drama high

With just two episodes left to air, the Korean historical romance drama Missing Crown Prince, Episode 18 aired last night to another personal ratings record.

Data from Nielsen Korea shows the 18th episode of Missing Crown Prince garnered 4.35 percent of the viewership nationwide last night.

That number is a very nice increase from the previous all-time highest rating of 3.97 percent that the Korean drama earned for Episode 17.

The numbers from Seoul audiences for Missing Crown Prince, Episode 18 are also just as good, with the K-drama grabbing its best rating — 4.50 percent — in that area as well.

With the Korean drama’s final two episodes airing next weekend, I also fully expect both episodes to earn even higher ratings then.

International viewers have rated Missing Crown Prince high throughout its run

And, of course, international audiences are still awarding the K-drama incredibly high ratings. Just as they have been doing since its first episode premiered way back on April 13th.

Especially over on Viki, where it is currently streaming, and where it is now rated an average of 9.3 out of 10 by almost 2,300 viewers.

The drama stars main leads Suho, and Hong Ye Ji, who have done a superb job with the sometimes weak scripts they were given.

The final two episodes of Missing Crown Prince will air/stream on Saturday 15th and Sunday 16th June on MBN in Korea, and on Viki internationally.

You can watch the preview for Episode 19 (sadly, only available in Korean) below.
