The Korean romance drama My Demon, Episode 10 aired to a ratings drop in South Korea last night.

The romantic comedy drama has been bouncing around in the ratings since it first began airing on November 24th, but has stuck between the 4.7 percent and 3.4 percent range throughout.

Last night’s rating for My Demon, Episode 10 also stuck within that range, with the drama grabbing 3.8 percent of the audience share.

A drop from its previous episode’s 4.2 percent share.

My Demon has seen huge success on Netflix

With more and more Korean dramas streaming worldwide on Netflix and other international streaming platforms, however, the success of a drama is more and more becoming how well it performs outside South Korea.

On Netflix, where My Demon has been streaming since late November, it has already proven it will be one of the successful Korean dramas internationally, as it is currently ranked as the #2 most-watched non-English show on the platform.

It is also in the Netflix Top 10 in 50 countries, with more than 4.2 million views so far for a total of more than 33.6 million hours watched as of December 19th.

Meanwhile, inside Korea, the drama’s stars Song Kang and Kim Yoo Jung are one of the duos nominated in the Best Couple category at the upcoming SBS Drama Awards, which will take place on December 29th.

The next episode of My Demon will air on December 29th on both SBS TV in South Korea, and on Netflix for international viewers.

You can also see Song Kang and Kim Yoo Jung in the just-released “special message from Korean stars that made Netflix content in 2023” video.

And yeah, they are really cute together.
