After earning its lowest rating yet on Saturday night, Romance in the House, Episode 6 aired on Sunday night to a big ratings jump.
That jump was from Episode 5’s all-time low of 3.18 percent to last night’s solid rating of 5.18 percent — a 2.0 percent increase in just 24 hours.
The Korean drama performed even better with Seoul audiences on Sunday night grabbing 5.45 percent of the viewership — up from Saturday night’s all-time low of 3.07 percent.
That means Romance in the House has wrapped up the first half of its run with a very solid audience share and with the likelihood it could increase quite nicely during the Korean drama’s last six episodes.
Romance in the House is #1 on Netflix
Meanwhile, the K-drama has been so popular on Netflix, last week it hit the #1 spot on the platform’s Top 10 Non-English TV Shows chart, after having been watched worldwide more than 2.6 million times.
Romance in the House stars Ji Jin Hee, Kim Ji Soo, Son Na Eun and Choi Min Ho.
The Korean drama airs every Saturday and Sunday evening in South Korea on JTBC, with Netflix beginning streaming new episodes on the same days for its international subscribers.
