British singer songwriter Freya Ridings’ ‘Castles‘ was featured on Grey’s Anatomy last night — Grey’s Anatomy, Season 16, Episode 6, “Whistlin’ Past the Graveyard“.

The track was played as Amelia presents Link a cancer anniversary ‘cake’ made from snack bars, and as we see Meredith getting home.

Freya Ridings’ ‘Castles‘ is from her self-titled debut studio album.

Released in July, 2019, the album charted in the Top 50 in seven countries, including in the #3 spot on both the Scottish and United Kingdom Album Charts.

Castles‘ was the fifth single from the album, and charted in 12 countries, hitting the #2 spot in Scotland.

The song also came accompanied with a music video that had Ridings walking through city streets singing and on rooftops dancing, while backing singers and dancers accompany her.
