As the South Korean drama Behind Your Touch finished up the first half of its run last night, it also saw a ratings rise that placed it in the #1 spot in its time slot.

Both nationwide and in Seoul.

According to Nielsen Korea, Behind Your Touch, Episode 8 earned 6.95 percent of the audience share, which is almost 1.5 percent higher than its previous episode.

In Seoul, the drama saw a similar rating with Episode 8 grabbing 7.16 percent of viewers, which was a quite substantial increase from Episode 7’s rating of 5.70 percent.

Since its premiere on August 12th on JTBC, Behind Your Touch has received solid ratings.

Those ratings are likely to continue as the drama heads into its second half next week.

The drama, which stars Han Ji Min, Lee Min Ki, and Suho, is also performing very well on Netflix, where it is currently streaming for international audiences.

According to the latest figures from the streaming platform, Behind Your Touch was the ninth most-watched non-English TV show late last month with over 9.9 million hours viewed around the world so far.

The next episode of the drama will air on JTBC next Saturday and Sunday at 22:30 (KST), followed by streaming via TVING.

Netflix will stream Episode 9 for international viewers soon after it airs in South Korea.
