As if Devon-based English singer songwriter Ben Howard’s appearance on Later…with Jools Holland this weekend wasn’t cool enough, it also came with a gorgeous live performance of his new song ‘Nica Libres At Dusk‘.
The track is from his upcoming new album Noonday Dream, his first in four years, which is due for release on June 1st, 2018. ‘Nica Libres at Dusk‘ follows the release of Howard’s first single from the album — ‘A Boat To An Island On The Wall‘ — last month.
And it is a mesmerizing little track, with that repetitive guitar melody, almost meditative drums and gorgeous violin, and Ben Howard’s voice with its characteristic melodic folk sound that just warms your heart.
