Conchita Wurst was back in London last night for a second performance at G-A-Y as part of her weekend in the UK that also included her headlining performance at Manchester Pride today.
Conchita’s G-A-Y performance featured her amazing cover of ‘Unchain My Heart’, ‘Everything’ and, of course, ‘Rise Like a Phoenix’ and, as you’ll see from the videos several kind souls uploaded, she was spectacular. More importantly, she looked like she was having a blast doing it.
In fact, Conchita herself had such a great time on stage, she tweeted a photograph just an hour or so after the concert showing her looking fabulous and adored by the crowd, and with the message:
“Thank you London, you are #theunstoppables and made me really feel at home! London war unglaublich!“

Not surprising really, as it’s rarely been sung better.
